We need to take everything with us, because gas stations are tight along the way, and a new friend has been asking for a good hike for a long time, but there is no free space anymore, because "all THIS is necessary."
Already the first option proved the viability of the idea - when the "people's" Mercury 25 jet took out a record 800 + kg on planing, and in addition, the kit went on a big mountain joint hike with the classic Otter 480 JET on 40 and 50 l/s engines.
An easy start with a serious load, good maneuverability in the narrow winding channels of fast mountain rivers, branded patency of small areas with protection of the heel of the intake, good speed in large water - these are the main advantages of the new Otter 600 Aldan boat.
A useful place as many as ever: everyone will be accommodated! There are 8 people sitting and there will still be half of the free space left to accommodate everything you need.
Good planing with a load of 800 kg under 50 hp with a water cannon gives a speed of 40 km / h - also a serious achievement.
This boat is mostly positioned as an expeditionary cargo carrier for long distances. But even the length of the boat does not prevent you from feeling the full charm of the hike, storming the ramparts of the rapids of mountain rivers: the hull overlaps 3 ridges, and you glide over them without the diving inherent in short boats.
And finally, the most important property of the Otter 600 Aldan is that you can significantly increase the range and load capacity of the kit without changing the motor to a more powerful one.
